Questions
What happens when the free week ends?
Your trips stay, and you can still open and read every one. Planning and the assistant wait until you choose a plan.
What does a Traveller pass cover?
One trip of up to 30 days: planning it, and the assistant until the trip's last day, within 6 months of buying. Buy it for a trip you've already planned, or for the next one you plan. It's paid once, so there's nothing to cancel.
Pass or Explorer?
A pass if you're planning one trip. Explorer if you're planning several, or travel often: yearly costs about as much as six passes and covers every trip.
Is there a limit?
Paid plans have no counters. A fair-use ceiling stops misuse, set well above what a traveller uses; the Terms give the numbers.
Can I cancel Explorer?
Any time, from this page. It runs until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying a pass or a plan, or of a yearly renewal, and you get a full refund, no reason needed. See the Refund Policy.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Your card details go to Paddle, never to Travessa.
